They let the Ducks get a point so they could close the gap with the Oilers.

Good guy Flames.

Game was not too exciting...but had its moments. Flames spent WAY too long in their own zone in the third, but hung on. They DO support each other pretty well most of the time, but tonight seemed to have a tough time handling the puck cleanly.

...and Yanet can cook?

Love that a win in Honda Center is no longer all that special. These are good days

Great team win digging deep on a B2B.

Feels nice that the team actually scores goal for the backup now, and the backup rewards them with excellent play.

Out-dueling Gibson is no small feat either.

2nd night on a back to back, and the Flames looked like the fresher team in OT & shootout! Amazing!

Vladar is a ridiculous goalie. We easily have the best 1-2 punch in the league.

Oh and... haha stupid Oilers!

No powerplays again really...puck over glass they had to call

After the Heat clinched their win, I watched the shootout in the club seats at the Stockton Arena ... alongside none other than Rich Sutter.

Fun experience.

Flames now have a higher point percentage than the oilers.

Suck it Oiler fans.

.729 to .727

Apparently that is all that matters so nice to be ahead of them in that department.

Gudbranson needs to send the entire team $10 itunes gift cards for bailing him out on his big whiff of a penalty.

Still love that guy.

Great to see a win within our division too, can't stress how huge that is.

We've got a thing that's called Vladar love.

Flames haven't played their best hockey over these last two games, and strangely it kinda feels like they're in a mini slump...and yet they're still winning games and earning points. That's a sign of a good team. Gotta love it.
