Might have to avoid CP tonight...if Flames are losing this game the GT will be nothing but how Monahan should be playing for Buffalo and we should have Eichel sitting in a press box.

I feel like the Sabres chose a Krebs/Tuch package over a Zary/Dube type package so I hope Dube lights it up tonight or Monahan, or any player the Sabres fans thought they might get for Eichel

Lol. Poor Krebs, Calgary kid who likely grew up a flames fan, did nothing to us, performed great and looks to be ready to accomplish his NHL dream, and now is a low key public enemy because of a trade he had no say in.

I don’t think anyone wishes anything bad for Krebs but more so for the Sabres.
I feel just like Stone the acquiring team was in love with an average prospect and the deal will blow up in their face. “I can’t believe they put Brannstrom in the deal” 3 years later Brannstrom is meh and the Sens are rumored to trade him while Stone is the captain in Vegas. I think the Eichel trade will look even worse in hindsight.
