This is almost feels like 2001 season when we were top of the league at xmas and we missed the playoffs...tease us with good hockey and then nosedive

Was commuting up the QE II to dumpsterville during the game tonight so listened on 960. Sounds like Vladar was excellent. Missed the OT. At least the power play champions of the world lost tonight. I'll make sure to remind everybody in this dump of a city about that while I'm up here.
The smell kicked in about Leduc- I thought it was just because I was behind a cattle liner. The cattle liner was long gone and the stench remaind...

2 points out of first in the division...if they were 9-5 they would be in the exact same spot.

Flames won more games than the stanley cup finalist last season, wins are better but these points count
