Longer than normal warm up plus early penalty against helps the other team get their top guys into it while Calgary's are now cold for a good 15 minutes longer than usual.

No idea how much they are actually faster than last year, but she is right, they are "playing faster" than they have in many years. Maybe as fast as anyone in the league.
