To me our “chemistry” is Sutter. Pretty close to the same line up as last year and their “chemestry” was questioned all year.

If it is BS like Friedman speculated I have zero doubt the Flames were quick to inform everyone in the Tkachuk camp this is BS.
There is a big part of me that thinks this is all BS from Buffalo to get Vegas back to the table. Lots of pressure to close it so it needs to be done soon

Including Tkachuk would be something. I am kinda liking it…
I would sooner have Eichel at $10 than Tkachuk at $9 (plus maybe?).
Of course that would depend on why the other pieces are…

a) no, because Eichel is worth it and this team needs an elite #1 centre to win a championship and this seems to be the only way without tanking to acquire one
b) don't care at all about impact on team chemistry. This team has played 9 good games after years of crap. They haven't earned the right to be protected.
c) what comes next if we miss out on Eichel? Probably just same ol same ol. Mediocrity mixed with a dash of excitement every half decade.

There's no reason to inform Tkachuk that he's not a part of these discussions, or if he is. And even if they did inform him, there's certainly no motivation for them to tell him the truth.

Tre offers Monahan for Eichel. Adams has Weekes leak that Tkachuk is part of the package to get Vegas to up their offer. Vegas stands pat as Tkachuk rumors are squashed. Everyone back to square one. The circus goes on.
