It is clearly for the benefit of Chu, the accused in this case. How is it not? My understanding that the victim was fighting to get the word out. Perhaps I am mistaken in that notion, but if true, how is it helping her?
I guess we'll see what comes of this not that the ban has been lifted. More investigative journalism is needed.
