Haha some arguments there champ. Man you’re on it tonight. Holland can’t keep winning when the team he has built is coming to their swan song. They were competitive for how long? More competitive sustainability than any coach or executive in our neck of the woods could ever boast about.

47 shots but how many were dangerous? Goalies like Kelly hrudey said in the broadcast tonight, play better with more work to do, especially when a lot of those chances aren’t really dangerous. Not gonna win many when a 39 year old goalie people are laughing at schools your team full of try hards.

There is a grand total of 0 times that I've thought about Johnny's individual trophy awards since he won them. I'm sure he does, but I don't. If those trophies truly mean something to Edmontonians then great for them, but we care more about team success down here.

Except the Oilers haven't won 2 rounds...they have won ONE in McDavid's career

Your stat of "playoff wins" made no sense because the Flames have more recent playoff wins

Who’s a no good fan? I cheer for these teams they trot out there year after year only to never be able to compete for a championship. I just don’t go to the stadium to pay elaborate prices for their optimistic opium they pour at the dome. Now they gotta pay for a new stadium with our group? They must really have their finger on the pulse of this fan base if they know we are gonna support massive ticket price increases and property tax for a team that may never fill that arena with a championship banner before we stop paying for that stadium come year 35.

You are talking about the world championships, a tournament that is missing the best players in the world regularly. Due to the fact that, you know, most of the top players in the world are actually playing in the NHL playoffs. Do you remember who made some of these teams and played actual games?? Connor Mackey was a starting defencemen for the Americans. ####... Owen Power played and didn't look out of place.

I think some people are thumb sucking their favourite fancy stats.

The ducks are plain bad.

The flames were better but never really dangerous. They controlled the puck but mostly did nothing with it. Little sustained pressure and few rebounds. The best the flames could muster against a bad team was a coin toss.
