Rome is a jackass. Good interviewer, to be fair, actually a really good interviewer, when things are quiet, but frankly a d bag when doing his schtick. Sadly that’s what gets a good chunk of the audience.

I get that there is a part of sports that involves trash talk. But that’s when the rules of the game are essentially agreed upon

‘Owning’ people for entertainment, especially if the people being ‘owned’ are not malicious in their intent, is a ####ty thing in general. Especially publicly. Truly disappointing

Agreed. Sucks to be at the expense of Rintoul. He deserves better. The show's format was never set up for success. At the very least there should have been a Calgary guy to balance the "across the Rockies" format. Even as an objective Canuck fan living in Calgary (yes, we exist) listening to that show even I could feel the lack of connection to the Calgary market and the huge slant to Vancouver.
