Where tha game was played would give away the team (and hence the owner/answer). Suffice it to say it was an away game for the Bears.
The deficit at half was 17-7
Edit: OK, that is still a bit vague. The Superbowl didn't exist yet when this occured

In college I scored every point for my team in a bowl game.
I was originally drafted by the Chicago Bears.
I won three NFL Titles.
After my third NFL title, ownership thought that I was injured and traded me.
I stated that the team would "never win again for 50 years".

Whew - I screwed up the question a bit, but I'm saved because the 1948 title game was held in Philadelphia's Shibe Park (apparently during a blizzard).
I'll correct the question because it should be "...to visit the Bears and win..." (since I forgot the Bears weren't the only team in that city)

Frankford Yellow Jackets defeating the Bears in 1931. The last time a Philly based team won a game in Chicago. I was leaning that way, but then I thought about the 1948 game, and totally overlooked the fact that is was played in Philly.
