Every team has "backed out on Eichel" multiple times since this started according to reports.

There isn't a deadline for the Sabres to trade Eichel, so teams can circle back over and over again if they want as long as this goes on.

Any first round picks from Vegas will be later, and their good roster players will not be available in the same way that Calgary's are because they are in their window to compete.
