The Welsh had a good opening 15-20 minutes, but they're far too heavily reliant on Bale and Ramsay and just didnt generate anything in attack.
Wales know that this isnt 2016 right? Bale is still pulling slivers out of his butt from Real Madrid's bench.

Pretty boring match so far which I suppose is good for Austria. Haven't really threatened at all but they just need one decent chance and maybe they can steal this.

Austria have done a great job of frustrating Italy with terrific work rate, I don’t know if they have the gas to hold out for another 30, but they’ve put in a hell of a shift.

Didn’t like this move when it was rumoured yesterday, and had a bad feeling going into the game because of it.
The team was playing a faster, more direct style in the first two matches and it worked. Verratti slows things down and plays more calculated.
Especially in the second half you could see Austria was just out working the Italian midfield.
Austria is the looser team now and has the confidence. Will be an interesting extra time.
