That was a ####ing disgusting hit. Full speed, guy curling around the net with head down, and he puts his full shoulder into his head as he leaves his feet.
That was utterly reckless. Zero reason to make that hit.

I've watched it a few times and it doesn't look like a hit to the head, and it certainly wasn't interference... was it charging? He doesn't stride into it but I'm guessing that he was skating pretty hard trying to get back?
EDIT: He definitely does not leave his feet when contact is made. There is no penalty for leaving your feet after contact; that's called physics (I frankly can't believe I have to explain that to anyone who watches hockey enough to post on a hockey fan site).

I am so tired of hearing people complain about this. There is absolutely NOTHING that Evans could have done to prevent that.
That hit is 100% on Mark ####-head.

The head might have been involved but from the angle they showed, it wasn't the principal point of contact.
The thing is that the angle they showed didn't show Scheifele until right before the hit.
