Edmonton and Ottawa tied at 1.
Draisaitl just got hit solidly along the boards and responded by throwing a little shot into the Senator's throat, then Puljujarvi injured Dzingel with a bit of a board, Zub took a penalty going after him. Draisaitl then engaged with Tkachuk, including throwing a cheap punch to Brady's chin.
Tkachuk took him down and got mugged by Nurse as the 3rd man in.
You could clearly see Nurse get up and yell at Brady: "####ing #####. You punch just like your ####ing brother!"
That cracked me up.

Also, the Oilers PP goal came off this:
Darnell Nurse interferes with Chabot on the rush, no call. Zub makes the same play on Draisatl 10 seconds later, interference called.

Good to see the majority of games are in western primetime. The Blues lead 2-0 in the first period.
The Habs and Leafs are tied 1-1 after forty minutes.

Colorado just got a penalty for delay of game after trying to be sneaky and changing lines on an icing.
Never seen that before, only when the Flames took forever to lineup for a faceoff before.
It's absolutely done to delay the game though and I've always wanted teams punished for it.

Aidin Hill looks like he is the regular starter in net for the Coyotes for now and has won six out of the past seven games. He is from Comox, just east of hwy 19!

And Oiler fans think that NHL officials have it in for them? I don’t think any team in the league gets more breaks from the officials than the Oilers do. It pisses me off!!
