The first thing I did when I started a new franchise mode in MLB The Show 20 was trade Roark, Grichuk and McGuire for Zack Wheeler. Then the Phillies ended up putting both Grichuk and McGuire on waivers and I re-acquired them.
I just faced Roark for the first time a couple of days ago and chased him after scoring 6 runs in 3 innings.

It's only fast because the Jays are swinging at everything.
Milone is getting some very generous strikes.

This one is really getting away from them. Take the L, let Milone pitch as long as his arm will allow. Sometimes you need somebody to eat up the garbage innings on days like this. Conserve the bullpen for a meaningful game.
Edit: as I say that, they pull a nice double play to get out of it. LOL.

That was some fancy footwork by Milone. Nice work.

Man if Grichuk can keep swinging the bat like that he will knock Tellez out of the lineup when Springer gets back.

Fine with me. I don't think Rowdy will ever be a consistent hitter. Grichuk has been great so far this year, keep him in that lineup as long as you can.

It's too bad, without that botched strike three call this could be a one run game. I love baseball so much, though. I could see us coming back.

And **** you CaliFlamesFan for making me reevaluate my opinions on time management that I posted yesterday, lol.
I still maintain that something will have to change if they want to capture the younger generation and survive, but your perspective definitely made me watch the game a little differently and appreciate the buildup and strategy more than before.

Biggio has had a few awful strike three calls already this young season.
