Two teams submitted UFA offers to Chiasson within the same 24 hour period (Caps and Lightning). A third team submitted an offer but after that window.

New offers were submitted by each team and the Wild's was the winner at 3*1.06*1way

Lightning and Wild were the two teams that submitted initial offers in the same 24 hour period.
The Caps were the third team that submitted, but outside that first 24 hour period.
Thus the Lightning and Wild moved forward to bidding - which the Wild won.

Sorry for the confusion .
