My hopes for this season are seriously fading but since I am a sucker for punishment I still hope they win.

You know, an actual 4th line with players that can potentially do something during 5v5.
...but all the line juggling in the world isn’t going to fix this, so...oh well, whatever.

If the Flames don't win at least two out of the next three games you would have to believe they would get rid of Ward. I haven't been anti-Ward but it seems to me that his systems have been neutralized by the opposition and he hasn't been able to counter that.

Problem is you are making Monahan play wing which he has never done, on his off side, which makes it even harder, especially on breakout. Lindholm has played more wing than C, both here and in Carolina, and is a RHS.

I was hoping for some recalls.
If not for actually winning, I'd love to see what we have in some of these players. At least it would add some interest for me.

I dont think so, I've seen many posters clamoring for a move to Wing for Monahan. I dont agree with it honestly.
Lindholm is amazing because it doesn't matter where you put him, he's gonna play well no matter what.
Monahan has always been a center, always will be a center.
I dont know, that's just the way I see it.

Monahan spent considerable time as Backlund's LW during his rookie year. So if g e is switched to wing he's fighting for time with Johnny and Chucky. He's had so little time on wing that RW doesn't make sense to me.
