Big win indeed. Currently 5th now with upcoming games against 3rd and 4th place. The math is still too complicated, but it might seem like AB controls their own destiny? It would also help if Homan and Einarson keep beating up on the rest of the field.

Don't remember seeing so many last rock draws for multiple points just flat out missed. Long, short....doesnt seem to matter.
So many scoring opportunities squandered.....seemingly by everyone,

Vic has a great voice but you’d think he’d have more insight about curling after all of this time. The good thing is he is the voice of the person who doesn’t understand the game in the booth so that his colleague can educate. It’s annoying after a while though.

He plays the voice of new fans who don't know the game. It works because he's already got two experts in the booth.

I think that is entirely the purpose and it works really well.
Vic Rauter is an announcer...he isnt there to give great insight and strategy to the viewer, he has two multiple-time champions sitting right beside him for that.
His job is to keep a flow and get the others talking about situations and strategies etc, mention sponsors often, and be a foil for Russ and Cheryl.
He's a master at it.

I grew up listening to him call the game so his voice is really comforting to me. He claims that his lack of knowledge is part of his schtick so he can be the voice of the every man. However, he sometimes totally botches calls - he never knows if the shot is a good one or a bad one if the result is not what the skip called.
However, I do appreciate when he asks Cheryl and Russ why the curlers are calling the shot that they are calling or to explain possible strategies for the teams.

Trying to remember the last time I saw Vic do something other than curling. It’s been awhile.

I remember him and racing from a long, long time ago. Maybe soccer too?
He has such a great voice. There aren’t a lot of broadcasting voices like his around any more.

Vic still does soccer, mostly Impact games.

Big 3 points for Walker.

So much for guarding everything. Think there was 16 rocks in play, with 8 guards and Homan still snuck a deuce. What shot

The Quebec team reminds me a little bit of Jean Michel Menard’s team. Likable underdogs who play lots of draws.

Another final stone winner by Homan in the 11th without the hammer to steal 1 and win.

That’s so tough for Quebec. They’ve played so well and they pretty much could taste victory there.

Wow Homan just amazing there in 10 and 11. Tomorrow she can knock Jones out of the playoffs since I don’t see AB losing to Sask and their injured skip.

Very impressive of Homan thought St-Georges had that game in the 10th. Walker still in the running for a spot on Sunday with that win over Jones
