I agree with whoever said the Flames need to play with way more desperation. The game is there for the taking, but you need to up the compete level to get the 2 points. Feels like they're just waiting for something to happen instead of being more proactive.

I kind of hope Ward starts kicking around trash cans in the intermission. There needs to be a fire lit under these players as the game is there for the taking but they have to want it more.

What I find really impressive is that they make it look so easy with some many different options. Up the boards, across the ice, down the middle or a long break out pass towards the Flames blue line it all looks so easy and effective.
