I don’t understand this.
What do you mean the refs are a factor? If the players take penalties, the refs throw flags. That’s how it works.
Are you mad the players are a factor then? Because that’s what makes the refs a factor.
Unless you’re saying the refs are bad but that’s not the same as being a factor.

It’s easy. When the refs call ticky-tacky penalties one way and then let those slide the other, the refs are a factor. You know this and you’re just being pedantic.

No I don’t know that the refs are being tricky tacky. It’s also not what OP said, so it wouldn’t need clarifying if he’d said what you said, which is totally different.
It’s also wrong. He calls haven’t been tricky tacky. That’s why I asked for details.
