In my residential feeder road I pass through two 30 km/hr playground zones and in between the two zones isn't enough distance to actually reach to 50 km/hr slamming on the gas. So between the hours of 7:30-21:00, this will have exactly 0 impact on me 99% of the time. Outside of those hours, meh, I probably rarely go over 40 km/hr on that road anyways.

Yeah, I’m willing to put myself as purely complaining for the sake of complaining here. I can’t even think of a road around me where this will matter. Maybe it’s Covid and such making me more irritable, because I don’t actually care that much but despite that thought I should post anyway.

I think it won't matter because for the most part the areas that could see a benefit will never see enforcement.

Have issues with it because it’s a Wenzel or because it’s not in her ward? Or am I just missing something?
She’s right next door and oversees a ward with its own emerging communities in the Deep South so I’m not sure it’s really out there for her to be “advertising” the area.

‘Paired homes’. It’s a ####ing duplex, one you’ll be in for damn near half a million because you’re going to want the granite to distract you from your misery. Also, someone more educated in the issue that me...isn’t that whole area floodplain? Really wish we’d think long term health of the ecosystem a little more.

Farkas' flyer is hilarious. The entire premise is he is saying "yes" to things, but has a councilor ever voted no to more things than Farkas? Got one from Gondek, and it's pages long with actual information.

I’m probably voting for Gondek, but truthfully the flyer I received had zero in terms of information.

Farrell's announcement means that six of Calgary's 14 wards will not have incumbents in the race this fall.Quote:

I like the new Ward 3 candidate, Jasmine Mian. They seem to be similar to Gondek.
