Calgary beats them with better defence.
Although the games between them will usually be decided by the goaltending.

Rittich has been hot garbage as well, overplaying everything.

For a few shifts here sure, Flames obviously on their heels too, but a lot happens over the course of a game.
I saw us make them look like dog crap for long stretches last night too.
This is how the Flames look when they're not feeling confident in their goalie. It's more that than an overall "skill" thing.

If he relaxes and let's the game come to him instead of overpusuing and trying to prove himself all over again hell be fine.

I don't want him strung up or anything, but I don't want him to be left imploding on the ice either.
Give the guy a time out when he's blowing it and let him get his head together. Maybe have a chat with the goalie coach
