Is it just the commentators slow cadence or does it actually look and feel like every player is skating in molasses?

I really can’t tell but it feels like a slow pace game

Damn, nice passing by Ryan and Lucic there until the Tanev attempt.

I liked Lucic giving Nordstrom the stick push to try and help him break up that 2 on 1, which seemed to worked well.

Dube making a difference. Biggest issue on that line is Tkachuk. Would love to see him focus on his own game rather than trying to throw others off theirs.

Nesterov/Gio out there for a shift, this is a good idea, rather than letting the new guys flounder together, pair a vet and a newbie. Makes sense.

These away uniforms are for sure the best set the Flames have had since they retired the old white ones back in '94. They're better than either the current home unis or the 03-04 era home jerseys.
