Monahan is easily a number 1 center for at least half of this league.
Since his draft year up until last year, he is ranked 18th in scoring amongst centers.

People are so quick to forget how much chemistry the two of them shown consistently except for last year when pretty much the whole team fell apart.
Many times, with the right mix, the sums are greater than the parts, and I believe the combination of Johnny/Mony definitely falls into the category.
And as if the whole teams haven't been falling apart too during the playoffs, but let's blame everything on Sean Monahan, just because.
I personally would not even entertain a straight up deal, CLB can take a future package or they can have fun with Torts keeps chasing star players out of town as usual.
As if they have any other choice but to rebuild anyways at the rate they have been bleeding talents.
