To me this is where there should be several companies of National Guardsmen in riot control gear on site, with several other companies of National Guardsmen infantry. I don't know if Posse Comitatus is in effect here in terms of enforcing the law. but with the lax gun control in the US, we don't know who in there is armed and with what. Pull back the Capital Police who seem to be overwhelmed or unwilling to enforce things.
But, its pretty clear that its escalated beyond what I thought would happen and is now an extremely dangerous situation.

Faith in humanity slightly restored. I have a friend in Kentucky who was always a Trump supporter. He's a nice guy, just a little dull and fell for the lies.
Today made him realize that he was tricked. He feels awful for voting for that scumbag.

I don't think its that easy. I don't think that they can do that without some form of due process, even under 25.
