So it does mean percentage of expected vote that has been counted. Which is what I assumed it meant.

The current leads for Trump in WI, MI and PA with almost no early voted having been counted.
Apparently the Trump campaign has been protesting to Fox News that they called AZ too early.

Jesus in Fairfax Virginia there are 400k absentee ballots that haven’t been counted (largest county in the state). Mostly Democratic.

Sure. But most Latino voters are not Cubans. And it’s pretty patronizing to assume they’re easily duped by scare tactics. A more plausible explanation is that with a large representation in small business, many Latinos thought Trump was doing a good job on the economy and they don’t care about the stuff white liberals think they ought to care about.
