this guy is Belarussian, even better

looks like he was a solid scorer in the OHL

So he's already playing in the KHL this season?
Pretty good if that's the case.

Hockeydb has his weight at 210. Pretty large difference from Elite Prospects.

I’m sad because I think Flames would have went Pashin if he was still there but this is interesting.

Guy who played for the Belarus development team (hint they aren’t good) but then came over to NA in his D+2 season and was pretty good.

Now already playing a role in the KHL as a young d-man who is a late bloomer.

Wayne Gretzky is of Belarusian decent, so being a small country, I wouldn't be surprised if they share some common ancestors.
