It's why I like him, he's just not ranked that high and with who's falling maybe there's a better option.
If they take him with the 6th, I'd be stoked.
If the don't, he might still be there for the 7th.

Does this sort of bloodline drafting happen in other professional sports?
It seems like the NHL has a higher number of father, son, uncle, cousin relatives.
Is it a sign of nepotism, or are successful hockey families just that linearly focused on getting their kids there at all costs?

Hockey is a rich person's sport, so naturally, someone whose dad was a professional hockey player (thus passing down some genetic advantages) and potentially a millionaire has significantly better chances than most.
