The DNC carries the water for the "globalist elites" just like everyone else.
It's a heads I win, tails you lose situation, just with the GOP and the Dems.

Is it wrong of me to hope that in the middle of the debate Biden just all of a sudden says “person, man, woman, camera, tv”?

FYI Curt Schilling isn't in jail (yet), but I imagine it will now be a race to see who gets through the rat door first to make the deal to save themselves. Should be fun to watch.

I mean, what the ####? Steve Bannon. Goldman Sachs investment banker. Started his own boutique investment bank. Hollywood producer to boot. Nope, not part of the elite at all.

Haven't watched the whole thing but Biden's speech seems pretty good.

I find it bizarre how Republicans have been able to con people into believing that "elites" are concentrated on the left.
Here is the definition:
In political and sociological theory, the elite (French élite, from Latin eligere, to select or to sort out) are a small group of powerful people who hold a disproportionate amount of wealth, privilege, political power, or skill in a society.
Doesn't that pretty much describe the Republicans as well (except for maybe the "skill" part), especially Trump and his immediate enablers?

Biden's speech was quite good. He's no Obama, but he did what he needed to do tonight, and did it well.

Pretty bad tactic for Trump to put the bar so low on Biden's ability to deliver a speech because Biden actually had a very good speech tonight. He was able to show incredible empathy and look genuine while doing it, be critical of Trump and the disastrous term he's had as President and overall, successfully showed how much of a contrast he is compared to Trump.

Bannon has been pretty subversive most of his career... Even when in positions that look conventional.

You know this because you followed Steve Brannon before Trump came along?

Not in any great detail - maybe since he caught some attention for taking over at Breitbart after Andrew Breitbart died.

Keep digging. Bannon was a founding board member of Breitbart. He helped financed it from the start and elevated Andrew Breitbart from a basement hate blogger to an actual media voice.
