Just too many give aways that can quickly turn into goals.

Decent period outside of the missed assignment by Dube.

I'd like to see a hell of a lot less of our bottom fwd line and dpairing. Both have been useless.
Decent period, but jets dictated play, in that they were getting pucks deep and heavy forecheck. Flames weren't able to establish that at all.
The jets d has shown that it's far better than all the pre-series hype. Our bottom pair is thd worst dpair of either team in my opinion.

just crispen up those first passes from our zone and we'll get back to making hay.
Can only get better.

Yeah, that's one thing you can say about the Flames - we haven't given up a lot. We limited them hugely in game 1, and did a pretty good job so far here in game 2. One bad shift ended up in the back of the net, and that sucks.
I'm expecting a better 2nd period here.

Do the Flames ever play well when the puck is dropped before 5pm?

Is Monahan even playing? I haven’t heard his name yet...

He made the great backhand flip pass to Gustafsson for his chance in the slot.

One of the things that irritated me in the regular season was Ward's lack of ability to make in-game adjustments. Maurice made his adjustments and the Jets look good. Let's see what the Flames do.

I would prefer Kylington or Yelesin over Stone. Stone is a clear number 9 for me.

Just settling in and seeing they are down by one. Lots of time, Flames need to keep playing their game and chances will come.

CGY might do well to make life tough for WPG goalie. Forechecking, zone time and traffic. CGY can be a little better but it wasn't bad at all. Just need to bear down and keep playing hard. Stick with it boys!!!

He was way more noticeable than tkatchuk. Tkatchuk needs to be a presence every game. Only backlund seemed to be awake on the second line.

Strong period by the Jets, they were ready right from the get go. Decent period by the Flames. If that puck didn’t roll on Mangiapane on the breakaway or had Dube just followed his guy on the 2 on 2, Flames would’ve been in much better shape.

That’s crazy talk... Forbort was good in game one... Just had a rare tough period.

Looking at the replay on the Jets' goal, Brodie had perfect position in the neutral zone, that was all on the overaggressive forward, Dube, running around

Nerve wracking to be the ‘heavy favourite’ (as some media was saying) vs. the underdog missing star players. Jets aren’t going to roll over.
