Nic Dowd (67 overall, 89 DF) is an elite defensive centre who is also very proficient all around. I'd be looking for a winger or a draft pick in return.

Konstantin Okulov can be had for free. He was set to sign with Montreal out of the KHL this year, and anticipated to be a strong addition, but re-signed in the KHL probably due to the lower probability of the NHL being back up and running. But could still be a guy that comes over and does well eventually.

I'm not looking for anything, but I think he's probably worth a look for some teams with poor prospect bases, as if he comes over eventually, he stands a good chance of being a good player. The only benefit for me is not taking the small buyout penalty.

I would look at moving Marcus Pettersson for someone a bit more established. Pettersson has a ton of upside.

Kind'a flaunting a grey area IMO, league made the no trade of UFA players for a reason, this is not directly it but sure opens that door to open season again
