Guy guys! You dont get it... he was going pretty fast so obviously you cant touch him at all. Like ever...
 #### it, if I'm Gio I make that play every time, you gotta take any opportunity to get in his step. Call me old school but as a D your not out there to do the other favours. Maybe he should check up and not.expect others to give him the right of way.

			1. Should have been a trip on the icing of the Oilers first goal2. Second goal was offside before the brutal penalty

I feel like calling it interference is a bit of a stretch since McDavid had the puck and played the puck off of the boards with the intention of retrieving it himself. So, really I think it's fair to call him the puck carrier for the entire play.

If McDavid would have fallen, I could see a case for a trip. He didn't, so not sure wtf they are going on about. They should talk about the missed offside that led to a BS penalty call and goal against. But they are oil homers, but I'd expect better from Burke.

Honestly, I don't think any other North Amercian team has this level of homerism than the Oilers broadcast does. It's excessive.
It's like no other team or players exist. The #### that happens to their players (just like the recent Gio/Conner bit) literally happens to every other player at some point or another within the season, and they don't make a whole intermission segment about it, or acknowledge it for that matter.

If Oilers had to go through the #### Flames have had to with missed and bad calls over the years, Sportsnet/Oilers would have a series of a documentaries they could make.

I just went back and watched it.

Neal goes to bit Buddy Robinson from behind, and as Robinson falls the two get tied up and Neal hurts his leg, I think as Robinson is falling on it.

Hockey play, mcdavid tried to avoid the contact; not like Gio could have stopped moving in that direction... didn't see him stick out a leg or anything
if you try avoiding a hit, chances are its going to turn into a partial hit, which will spin you off balance...

SN has its Orange and Blue googles on as usual

If this was any other game, you would have barely noticed that okay happened
