Really? I thought they were buzzing. They only got hemmed in after the shenanigans.

We are winning on all fronts. This is great.

He's just filling in while Matty is serving his 5. He's a good defensive player, not a big deal.

Better tighten up in the second boys, Edmonton will torch you if you want to play like the last 7 mins of that period.

An entertaining period. Good on Tkachuk for standing up to Kassian. I'm sure he gained a some respect even though haters are still going to hate.

I didn't like the fights.

Flames were in control, Smith looked shaky, oilers were playing impatient hockey.

Momentum totally shifted now

Rittich was coming up huge at the end of the period. Hope Tkachuk is OK, looked like he took a hard one.

That's the 2 for 1 shot counter, 3rd fastest player in the league gets bonus 4 for 1.

Those guys in the Tkachuk turtle shirts at the game must feel pretty stupid right now.

Monahan just mad over the goal call, that one I get. Kassian v Tkachuk I'm glad they got it over with now so Tkachuk can just play hockey. We should be glad it's done and came out of the period with a lead I guess
