Well the girl I hit wrote the exact same thing in her police report as I did, which was that a guy in front of her slammed on the brakes. But she didnt get a license plate(at least she never mentioned it), or did I. And he took off when I hit her. So I guess we'll have to see what happens. But Im not confident in proving that to the cops.

If you can put the blame on this guy who took off, there is an unsatisfied judgement or accident claims fund in Alberta.

Is that still around? I was under the impression that no longer existed for property damage, only injury.
