Enough with the Peters stuff AND the team just won a damn game and comes home with 5 out of 8 points on a road trip which is pretty damn good
So in celebration of that i present the classic bunny with a pancake on its head!!

And now we dance...

Lindholm has shown up to play for all but like 4-5 games in that losing streak.
 I like that man.

I don't know why Dronny and Sean can't make a couple clutch plays around the net over the course of 60+ minutes. Lindy's literally done it all on his own.

			Already mentioned above but:
 Mangiapane-Lindholm-Tkachuk
 Gaudreau-Monahan-Dube
 Lucic-Ryan-Rieder
 Jankowski-Backlund-Frolik

Stop waiting for the top line to regain last year’s form and roll with the guys who can score now.

It should be. Or at the very least, Gaudreau - Lindholm - Tkachuk.

With a new head coach, maybe finally get some lines that should've been tried out, and actually give it a fair shot for a game or two.

Peter's being gone could have some silver lining.

Your second line relies on a rookie for defensive play. And Backlund has been down this year, but not fourth line bad.

I would keep gaudreau and Monahan together, the way they have played this year at least we could contain the damage to just one line instead of spreading it through the lineup

Well they didn't play like a team that appeared to hate the old coach so much that they were intentionally playing bad and instantly show up for the next guy. They still needed Rittich to save them. Hopefully this team starts playing better.

I like Tkachuk and Lindholm chemistry lately and they are the hottest two on the team. Get Backs to help Johnny and Sean defensively. And maybe the three of them will finally work out of their funk.

Backlund wouldn’t necessarily be your 4th centre, but if they can’t be a shut down line I don’t see why you’d put them out there. They’re producing nothing right now.

As for the “second” line, Gaudreau and Monahan can both play defence; the problem is that they’ve got such little confidence offensively that they’re cheating or otherwise trying to force it. Dube on the wing means they can simplify their game and let the young guy use his speed and do some of the work in the offensive zone.

I'm all for spreading the offence but Mangi has 9 points and Gaudreau has 20

Doesn’t this happen to coincide with with the last time the flames won an opening game. Weird coincidence
