I have a suspicion that the two pins we got in the season ticket package will be the only freebie this year. That or some small lithograph of the Heritage Classic. Hopefully wrong; though I can't recall when we got the 09/10 bobbleheads, but it was closer to the beginning of the season than the end IIRC.

I think Bobblehead is a Season Ticket Holder so technically most nights are Bobblehead nights.

It was after the season was over, in May or June of 2010.

I can say that definitively because I had moved on May 1 and the Flames didn't confirm my address before shipping them, so I had to go pick them up from my old landlord.

So it looks like STH'ers will be able to purchase the entire set of five for $40+GST.

Otherwise, they will be given to the first 3,500 fans in attendance for each game (free); similar to what the Stampeders did for the Jon Cornish bobblehead. Not sure if any will be available to purchase at the game or afterwards though.

This organization is so cheap. 1 for less than every 5 people in attendance. Even baseball teams where people are paying $10 for a ticket to get in have a better ratio of giveaway items to attendance than this.

Cheaper than you think. The 30th anniversary set was given to us for free.

Also, uninspired list of names. Would have liked to have seen Theo in the pedestal jersey and Kipper or Regehr rather than 4 members of the 89 team and Iggy.

That said, among my friends, I still had a half-dozen people ask me to buy a set.

That is a terrible rendition of Iggy's face. Way too big for the body.

How do the giveaways work tonight?
Is it the first XXXX amount of people that come through the main entrance only?
I have an older Iggy bobblehead and would love another one too

Chopper Bobblehead:

For those who got the Iggy bobblehead on Dec 29, how early did you have to go?

We rolled in about 20 minutes after the doors opened (so just over an hour before puck drop) and were close to the last people to get them at the east doors. Or at least is looked like that based on the number of boxes still being opened and handed out.

I thought we were teased a little bit at the start of the season regarding some of this type of stuff. Like perhaps correcting the forever a flame rubbish.

I don't think many of us would disagree with having these numbers all properly retired:

2
9
12
14
25
30
34

I ended up with an extra MacInnis bobblehead last night (People beside us left theirs when they decided to leave the game early), so if anyone was looking for one, I would be willing to trade for the Vernon one (Boston game in Feb).

How cheap are the Flames to only provide 3500 of these.

Why wouldn't they make 15,000 so everyone basically gets one.

Must be great if you take a kid to the game hoping to get one to find out you weren't early enough.

What would they cost, 2$ each to make in mass?
