Global's tracker had the Liberals and NDP at 169, which would have made them a majority coalition but they have fallen down to a combined 163.
If Liberal/NDP/Green can stay below 169, which seems like a pipedream (...) without a bunch of the west, then maybe there's some hope of not giving the NDP the power to force a Trans Mountain cancellation.
