Meh. Heat were out matched in the first by a considerable margin and Talbot held them in there. Fairly even second period as the Heat pushed back - other than the PPs - and again Talbot was good.
Zag comes in for the Heat in the 3rd and lets in a couple deflections where he did not look ready and the Heat sagged and packed it in. A fluke goal by Costco kills the shutout for the Sharks but overall we didn't learn much from this game.
Talbot was good - a very good sign. Most of the rest of the team can be released from their PTOs, left in California, or return to their 3rd/4th line, 3rd pair roles.
Sharks look ok, but not like world beaters.
