Flames need to start skating and putting pressure on the Avs defence. Too much sitting back and allowing the Avs to gain the zone.

The point is, their top line will not be able to keep this pace up over a long series, especially if they play huge minutes every night. The Flames will wear out the Avs if it goes 6 or 7.

16 feels low for MacKinnon, I would have said around 18-19. Either way let's hope he's a little tired. He's a fantastic player and can win this game by himself, the Flames need to contain him more than they have so far.

I'm hoping Peters tightens up the bench in the 3rd period. I want to see a lot more of Lindholm, Monahan, and Gaudreau. They are the 3 Flames players closest to even in 5 v 5 shot attempts tonight ~45%, ~44%, and ~43% respectively. Get them out there tons. Monahan and Gaudreau have both played less than 10 minutes total.
