Here we go boys! Just watched the game, had to go dark and not look at my phone or talk to anyone, too ####ing important to not watch every second of play. I'm sure y'all mentioned all of this in the thread but I'm jacked and several beers deep:

Hometown hockey is what it is. McLean loves it... it's CBC, let it be. Canada and hockey are synonymous. I'm glad they showed Prout's interview later on. So happy for that guy.

Neal is the Real Deal. Dude went hard tonight. 5M per year or whatever? Totally worth it if we make it to the last dance.

Johnny is all heart. Backs runner up.

Gio is my hero.

Monny's wrist is fine. Career year. Love this guy. Should've had that poster in the 1st.

Tkachuk is a beauty. The Canucks scouts should be fired, honestly.

Does anyone capitalize on an advantage more than Frolik? Love it.

Can't go through the whole team, but God damn I'm excited. All lines clicking. Gotta be good to be lucky and lucky to be good. That 4th goal is a clear example.

Even Cassy has grown on me, to the point where I'd say I actually like her. She is ruthless and doesn't hold punches. I really hope we get Rick and Cassy for playoffs (assuming Kelly is on the desk).

Love you CP. Awesome year. Can't wait for the playoffs!!

Smith is locked in for the playoffs. Really happy for him. He deserves another shot in the playoffs after basically carrying the Coyotes on his back in 2012.

Funny how we all heard about how the Flames need Smith down the stretch all year long. Maybe they were right all along?

It's amazing just how effective James Neal was tonight. Almost night-and-day from earlier in the season. When he's throwing his weight around, he truly makes a difference.

He still handles the puck like it's the nuclear codes, but he's become real effective on the forecheck.

Thanks so much for the warning. I assume we are allowed to enjoy the present.

Every time I go on a Tinder date, the flames win a biggie. Now I think I've found a girl I like but the question is, do I keep serial dating throughout the playoffs?

I feel I owe it to the team and the city and yes I will serial date if necessary during the playoffs.

Game 1 of our beer league playoffs was tonight and we lost in a squeaker but just got home to a big Flames win.

Congratulations to the boys and the organization on a wonderful achievement.

Started with a few Banded Peak Plainsbreakers. Moved into the some sidewinder IPA after the 2nd. Now I'm into the Scotch and wondering how I'm going to feel at work tomorrow. Totally worth it.

Pretty incredible.

Great players. Great coaching. Great management. Great owners.
I absolutely can't believe there were fans watching Gulutzen hockey and thinking it was anything but uninspired corsi stat driven, poorly coached hockey. The defense of that era is astounding.

One hell of an accomplishment Flames.
