Never mind! Was thinking they were still in the Pacific. Continue on

Colorado has nothing to do with Vegas since the Knights have clinched 3rd in the Pacific against Arizona. They could still technically pass the Blues but that wouldn't have anything to do with this series.

Subban turning on god mode would make a wonderful story, but I just don't think he's talented enough.

Ha. Neither of these teams scare me. But injuries will play a part. Karlsson and Fleury are wildcards and could be healthy to play in round 2, whichever team makes it out.
That said, this will be a nasty series. Good for Vegas to develop some playoff experience right off the bat...that's how rivalries, and fan investment happen.

The Sharks vs Knights will be a blood bath if they play like they did the other day and worth watching

I don't think he's played all that well for SJ this year, not so much a factor.

Sharks only look prolific when Karlsson wasn't playing.

He was a bust for the sharks.

Karlsson certainly hasn't been bad for the Sharks, but not the world beater he was in Ottawa - only 3 goals on the year. Fleury is an absolute difference maker and could win the series for Vegas on his own.

45 points in 52 games which works out to be about a 70-point season in a full 82-game schedule is hardly a non-factor and a bust. He may not have been that great defensively, but you can't deny his offensive capabilities that will surely help the Sharks, especially when trying to score on a zoned-in MAF.

Well... he does have 45 points in 52 games. He isn’t a bust, he’s injured.
