I think it was the right call, you could see Tkachuk reaching out and tripping him on the replay. Probably should have been too many men just before too.

That may have honestly been the worst call I've ever seen.
The ref must not have seen any of the play and just retroactively called a trip because the Duck fell.
It was clear as day he tripped over the 2 bodies on the ice.

Tkachuk clearly reaches out and intentionally trips the guy. It was an obvious call and was obvious on the replay.

i hate to say it, but on the replay i thought i did see tkachuk's stick get caught up in the guy's feet.
whether the far ice official could possibly see that? or whether he went down rather easily is a different question

Not a great period by the Flames. Not enough shots on net, and they're letting the Ducks dictate the play. Keep playing like that and this game won't end well for the good guys. Team needs to crank up their energy level in the 3rd and get back on the forecheck.
