I love when Rittich is in net... he settles them down when they're not clicking by making the saves and it allows them to get their feet under them and take over the games.

We said it with Hamonic... some guys just take a while to adjust. Ryan is sneakily becoming a good utility asset on those bottom lines. His passing has improved immensely and so too has his offense.

He gives me hope for Neal, at least.
