Interesting to see how agulati, Scornfire, DropIt, and Pux all don't have votes down right now and they were 4 of the 6 votes on Bonded. I have them all as town due to the vote on Day 1, but none of them are voting now as the deadline approaches? Would love to see votes from them to help guide a bit as I place their opinions higher than others right now.

Like I said. I would rather be a no vote than a hammer. I'm waiting for a "death post" from GGG. If he gets hammered before then and I have no vote, I have documented my top choices for Coiler trolls.

I suppose - hard to imagine what he'll say to change people's minds though. Would be good for his final view on the remaining posters. I feel like he already sort of did this earlier but that might have been to try and save the vote on him where now it sort of looks inevitable.

I had hoped the vote was going to shift off of me and I wouldn’t have to do this but I am the Moderator.

I tried using the more subtle phrase of “I did what I thought was best for the town” as a bit of a clue and it looks like SebC picked up on it a bit but no one else.

I investigated Diss last night. After the bonded flip he was going to be assumed 100% town. Since we already have a lead it is bad assumptions that is going to sink us. He, as expected, came back with a Calgary IP Address.

If you look at my first post of the game day it says “Diss is probably town” so if I was night killed at some point it’s easy to go back and see who I had investigated.

The only way he is scum is if he is the Proxy troll. Diss called this statement out as creating chaos but I think it’s important to remember for end game

If you go to my post on the Moderator when the discussion first came off I wanted to cut off all discussion around it.

Why would a mafia member be the very first vote on the mafia wagon and post a comprehensive reasoning as to why bonded is a mafia?

It seems strange. Investigating anyone else probably would be more helpful, no?

Also a request to Oling. Can we do a longer "day" if it falls on a weekend? Some of us might not be able to participate as much on a weekend. Getting that extra day or hours will help.

Do you believe that anyone here would be willing to lynch Diss if he hung around to lynch or lose? I wasn’t willing to take the chance. We got off to a big lead so I was eliminating options that I didn’t think others would consider.

I was totally expecting this move by GGG and it is a smart play on his part. He knows he is heading for being lynched, his only move to survive is to claim he is the moderator. If he is Oiler scum and I still think he is he puts us at either not voting for him because we believe his claim or he will draw the real moderator out for his last Oiler buddy to pick off. It is exactly what I would have done if I was scum about to be picked off. His investigation of me would make no sense at all as I led the Bonded charge. Even if he thought I was the proxy Oiler fan it would have came back as a Calgary IP. I think this is his only play to stay in the game and keep us from getting his merry band of mullet heads down to one. I actually would have been more in doubt of him being an Oilers fan if he didn't play it this way. Sure, I could be wrong but even if I am the Oilers will just night kill him anyhow. It made no sense the Oiler fans didn't night kill him last night. If I am correct and the real mod is not GGG please do not give yourself away by falling into a reveal.

I agree that if I am lying and the real Mod is out there, given we have one non proxy troll still out there, that a counter claim on me by the town would be unwise at this point and that what I am doing would be the optimum play for me as scum if I am the proxy troll. Unfortunately that means that my claim can’t be verified by the absense of a counterclaim.

However by leaving me alive tonight and forcing them to kill me you force the scum into using their nightkill on me instead of a likely town or choosing to generate more suspicion by leaving me alive but allowing one more investigation to take place.

Ooookay, I'm just gonna put the knife in it, since GGG just threw his hail marry. I've been holding out since I found out because I really wanted to let a game day to play out. I wanted it to go on as long as possible because I hope that this day will provide the info to find the proxy troll. Had I called GGG out immediately, we wouldn't have had a chance to see the Proxy troll perhaps slip up.



I'm the mod, and investigated GGG in night phase. I suspected him because of his post at the end of day one where he didn't like where things were going. and had defended Bonded subtly on at least one occasion.

I was quite giddy to learn GGG is an Oilers fan, but sadly only a normal troll. This means that my mod powers are spent. You will notice I responded to Dropit wondering what type of troll we got. I knew the answer because I had the same question immediately after we banned our first Oilers troll. I wanted to know, because it meant as the mod I am no longer a threat because any further investigations will come back Flames.


I had hoped to stay under the radar to the final Oilers troll, and with the vote leaning heavily GGG I figured I could. So I am still at risk of a night ban by the proxy troll, but I'm sticking my neck out for the rest of the Flames forum because it is worth it at this point. But again, I've got no powers so am not a threat anymore. I also run the risk of taking this info with me that, even if GGG gets banned tonight without my info, if I get night banned tonight the Flames fans wouldn't know that the mod was also out, and that this day would be a good place to look at how the proxy troll was reacting to GGG. So, I guess I'm being Spock here. Being my first time in the game, I hope this isn't a really dumb move but I think I've covered my questions, and am not doing the dumbest mod move ever. I have nothing left to offer the Flames as far as special powers go, so Dissentowner, I think it is fine that I come out.



I suspect GGG will probably try to play the "who is lying" angle, but I think everyone has seen with my vote on day one it wouldn't make sense for me to be a Greaser, particularly contrasted with GGG's vote and actions. I had tried to get a little something going here,

TLDR; GGG is lying, and is an Oiler(regular, not proxy) I'm the mod and investigated him night one. Time to bring the hammer down.
