3m working well. backlund's been really good tonight, seems to have settled in again after being out for a while. rasmus looking sterling. offense, defense, transition, doing it all so far

like Kelly's observation on the team looking to keep the avs down low and also how the Avs trying going top shoulder on Rittich on the PP

Yep. I just felt since he played so much hockey in two seasons that the wear and tear was needing to be managed a bit. And I think the team knows and Neal knows like we know we're gonna need him big time in the month of March and onward the most. So coasting in the first half of the year to maybe save a bit of gas in the tank makes sense.
