Great goal!
When they have Kane and Toews they will always be tough, don’t care about their record. Studs of the highest order imo

Same. Backlund is fine but not having someone who can finish on the RW on that line really hurts. Eberle could be the ticket, lots of rumors swirling. If Tre could somehow dump Neal for Eberle it would be awesome but I'm sure it would have to be Frolik.

Feels like the rookie pairing has struggled tonight. Brodie has been incredible tonight. His skating is just so confident right now it is a wonder to behold. I sure hope Kylington is taking notes on the bench.

No doubt. They should throw out the 3m line with Anderson and Kylington for the 2nd pp, has to be better than what it is now.

I always thought it was pronounced "Hoken" despite the spelling.

It was really great to see Janko pick Toews's pocket. His confidence is growing by the day.

Tkachuk breaks 50 pts for the first time in his career, All Star game hasn’t even happened yet. As the boys on Spitin Chicklets would say.... NOT A BIG DEAL

Pretty sloppy period by the Flames, but full marks for getting back into it with that beauty of a PP goal. Need a big 3rd here so we can put this thing away and come home with 2 points.

Janko having another solid game. Really like his play of late.

Brodie was pretty great in that period as well.

Proof is on that goal.

Nobody on PP2 has close to the skill sets that any of the PP1 players.

NOBODY.
I'm happy they haven't split up PP1 to spread the talent around at least. Better to have one great PP and one crappy one instead of two that are average

it feels like such a waste seeing tkachuk on the 2nd line. The skill level there right now is just so low.

Tkachuk is elite. If the Flames had another finisher he'd be 100 point player.

Give a guy who can score 20 on his own, he'll score 30 with Tkachuk.

Gato Gang and BSD carrying a pretty poor performance from the rest of the team so far.

Let's see the rest of the team show up and win this third period

Tarasenko/Stone would be drool worthy.

Eberle would be the lite version but still good.

Does Gaudreau get to drink the gatorade on that PPG, or does he only get to squirt it for the bros?
