Just came to say the refs are a farce. Extra on Neal for a tap the guy doesn’t even feel, but a punch to the face is fine. F off you losers.

Very sloppy and undisciplined game so far. Silly penalties. 2nd line was pretty much invisible. If it wasn't for Rittich's magic saves, Philly would have been 4 up by now. Peters better get the message out loud and clear.

With Gaudreaus goal, he has passed Ryan Nothing-Happens for 3rd most points in the 2011 draft class while playing in 142 less games.
Only Landeskog (193 more games played) and Kucherov (51 more games played) have more points in the draft class.

My biggest problem with the NHL continues to be the reffing. It's complete game-management.
Flames have a PP coming up... Neal gives the softest sticktap I've ever seen, and they call it a slash. Seconds later Sanheim crosschecks Frolik with some legitimate force, and it's not called.
End of the period and we draw a tripping penalty. But Voracek full on punches Hathaway in the face literally 2 feet from the ref... no call.
It's embarrassing.

Tied going into the third against the top offensive and defensive third period team in the league.. I'll say your boys have played well but I don't like your chances if the Flames show up how they usually do in this period.

Kinda cool to watch the Flyers feed talking about how good the Flames are, how much respect the team has for Johnny, how they are afraid of him on the ice.. makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside

What's Sham-on saying?
Lordy, what do two mediocre teams out of the playoffs and their players have to do with the Flames in this game?

It’s bias against the Flames and it’s been that way since the Wideman incident.
That about sums it up.

Wouldn’t it be cool if there was any hope for improved reffing in the nhl? Unfortunately there are no repercussions for bad reffing, players and team staff are fined for saying anything, and the nhl doesn’t care what fans think. So the gong show continues.

No. I used to find him tolerable, but with SportsNets new mandate to have someone make a stupid comment with every clip, he’s damn near insufferable.
