The Situation Room makes the decision on whether or not the puck fully and legally crossed the goal line, including rulings on kicked-in goals and high stick goals. Once it goes to a challenge, it becomes the decision of the officials at the game. This is why you sometimes see two different reviews on the same goal.
They've talked about changing it so that all reviews are done out of Toronto, but they haven't had agreement on that yet.

I want that Oilers are 2 points out of wild card position at the trade deadline, so Chia will forced to make a big trade to save his life. Then they can fall down and finish at bottom 5 without first rounder.

His life is already saved. He stated that the roster was good enough and it was coaching, and Edmonton's fired off a nice little run. Then Klefbom gets hurt.
If the team slips, he can whine that its impossible to win without you're number 1 blueliner. Then he'll attend one of Katz pajama twister parties and all will be good.

In a wildcard spot at the deadline and trade their 2019 1st for Vanek only to end up finishing bottom 5. Red Wings win the lottery with their pick and draft Hughes. Gold.

He didn’t plow the goalie over. Wtf is your problem. He bumped his glove and the refs deemed it didn’t interfere with his ability to make a save.

Sorry you exaggeratedly said that he was “standing on his freaking leg” and then followed up with the bolded part above.
I get that you are replying to someone making fun of your belief that if the player is not near the goalie when the puck crosses the line that it’s not goaltender interference. But either way saying that Peluso is standing on Koskinens leg is just as inaccurate as saying that he is jumping on it - neither of those things took place
