Timing of the hit makes it even worse, I get the heat of the moment and split second decisions can play big factors in brutal hits but there was literally no reason McAvoy needed to throw that hit.
- Unsuspecting
- Head targeted
- Elbow instead of shoulder
No doubt this should get looked at by the league
