That's some good coaching by the Canucks. Flames gain a bit of momentum with their goal? Better take a penalty to take away that momentum.

Maybe it'll take awhile to clean off the Dave Cameron stench.
Let's give the PP some time.
Also, season openers are magically against the Flames (similar to the Honda center). Hard to take much meaning from this.
It's interesting. The Canucks seem to be playing smarter today, but they're also taking a lot of dumb penalties. They're quite hardworking, I'll give Travis Green credit for that.
