Not really, the fade is still the same, they've just panned back.. still could be B&W picture with the red fade.. retro jersey one stripe yellow collar is still my bet

But if you look at the shirt pic, there's a few details (like the mock shoulder yoke stitching) that implies this could be a t-shirt replica of a jersey.

So if that's true, and we're getting a yellow script on the retro jersey... I think we could see something like this tomorrow:

I really hope the Flames don't botch this tomorrow and drop that. No offense to the work you did creating it but script logos are terrible IMO.

I was told they are our retro jerseys but with some slight changes to update from the last retro version.

I hope those slight changes are just about the striping.

I very much agree that I hope this isn't it, really. But we did see the Jets script jersey release with some changes from shirts that leaked out... so maybe that shirt was demonstrating the idea of script, but the colours were off.

The colours alone make that jersey an improvement. The wordmark isn’t the greatest but it isn’t ugly.

It's just hard to imagine that the t shirt worn by the Adidas or EA employee was made for any other purpose. Unless maybe it was put together during a concept phase or something.. But why else would he have that shirt? With that said still holding out hope that the random reddit user who claims to have seen the white C is talking about the chest not the shoulders.

I think I could get on-board a script logo if this was a 3rd jersey behind good primaries. I think they'd need a better striping pattern for it though, this feels too heavy for a script jersey.

I'm also not a fan of seeing the primary logo on the shoulders, but we saw Adidas work that into the Ducks design this year too.

First I'd like to see our primaries update, and with that I think a script jersey is too early.

I'm the opposite, I thought that was a great part of the post-pedestal whites and blacks, and then the reds until the change to flags

I'm still holding out for white C and no shoulder patches.. classic retro, just with shoulder air-holes
